I sectioned my hair into three sections horizontally and vertically and used five to six dropper fulls concentrating on my scalp and roots, then bringing it down to the rest of my hair. I massaged the oil into my roots for about 30 minutes, braided it, and slept with the 寓話 in my hair overnight. If you don't want to get the oil on your sheets, sleep on an old T-shirt or towel.
